Cancellation and rescheduling.
Each reading requires preparation before we even meet. These terms protect that time while leaving you the flexibility life sometimes calls for.
Highlighted time limits and amounts are proposals to be confirmed with Éric.
Why a deposit?
I begin studying your chart before our appointment. The deposit reserves your time and acknowledges this preparation. It is deducted from the total cost of the consultation.
Rescheduling your appointment
You may reschedule free of charge by writing to me at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Your deposit is then carried over to the new date. Only one free rescheduling is possible per appointment.
Cancelling your appointment
- More than 48 hours before the appointment: your deposit is refunded in full.
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment: the deposit is kept, since the preparation of your reading has already begun.
Late arrival or no-show
If you are late, the session ends at the scheduled time out of respect for the people who follow. A no-show without notice is treated as a cancellation less than 48 hours before.
If I have to cancel
If I ever need to cancel or move an appointment, I will let you know as soon as possible and you choose: a new date that suits you, or a full refund of your deposit.
Exceptional circumstances
Life brings the unexpected: illness, bereavement, emergencies. Write to me and we will find a fair solution together.
Refunds
An approved refund is issued through the original payment method within 10 business days.
How to cancel or reschedule
Simply reply to your appointment confirmation email, or write to me at contact@alchimieenaction.com. The time your email is received is what counts for the time limit.
