Nature of the services
I offer astrology and tarot readings, energy healing and teaching, focused on self-knowledge and symbolic guidance. Astrology is offered here as a symbolic and interpretive language, not as a predictive science.
My services do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or treatment. They make no diagnosis and guarantee no result or future event. The decisions you make following a consultation remain entirely yours.
Acceptance of these terms
By requesting an appointment, you accept these terms and the cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please read them before sending your request.
Booking
The time you choose on the site is booked as soon as you send the form, and a confirmation email is sent to you right away. A deposit is then requested to secure the session; if it is not received within the stated time, the slot may be released. If something prevents me from meeting you, I will suggest another time.
Rates, deposit and taxes
Rates are in Canadian dollars and are shared with you before your appointment is confirmed. A rate change has no effect on an appointment already confirmed.
A deposit of 50% of the rate is required to book your session, because I prepare your reading before we meet. It is payable by PayPal when you book and deducted from the total. The balance is payable at the session / before the session.
I do not collect taxes (GST and QST) at this time: the price shown is the price you pay.
Accuracy of your birth data
The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the date, time and place of birth provided. Please check your birth time in official documents whenever possible. If an error is discovered after your reading has been prepared, I may offer a solution, but the preparation time already spent remains payable.
How sessions take place
Sessions take place in person in Saint-Jérôme or online, according to the confirmed format. For an online session, you are responsible for having a suitable connection and device. If conditions do not allow the session to continue peacefully, I may offer to reschedule or end it, as set out in my ethics charter.
Intellectual property
The texts, visual identity and images on this site belong to Alchimie En Action. Some illustrations were created with digital tools, including generative AI, under my artistic direction. They may not be reproduced without permission.
Documents given to you during a consultation (charts, notes, recordings) are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
Personal information
How I collect and protect your information, including your birth data, is described in the privacy policy →.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. They do not limit the rights granted to you by Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
Changes
I may update these terms as my services evolve. The version in force when you request an appointment applies to it.
